At Urban-focus-lab S.R.L. ("Urban-focus-lab") we understand that the trust of our readers is our most valuable asset. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect through urban-focus-lab.com, why we process it and which rights you can exercise at any time.

The data controller is Urban-focus-lab S.R.L., NIT 372104026, registered with FUNDEMPRESA under number 00432187, with offices at Av. 2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email address) and the minimum technical data generated by the analytical cookies you accept (session identifier, preferred language, pages visited and truncated IP address).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to send you the monthly newsletter to which you subscribed, to reply to your enquiries and to improve your browsing experience. The legal basis is your express consent (article 21 of the Political Constitution of the State and Law No. 164 on Telecommunications, ICT and postal services). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Data retention
We will keep your name and email while you remain subscribed and, once you unsubscribe, for an additional twelve months for compliance evidence purposes only. After that period the records are securely deleted from our systems.
5. Recipients
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share information with our email-delivery and web-analytics providers, all of whom are bound by data processing agreements and international security standards.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion and portability at any time by writing to privacidad@urban-focus-lab.com and attaching a copy of an identity document. We will reply to your request within a maximum of fifteen business days.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or alteration of your data: TLS 1.3 encryption, two-factor authentication for administrative accounts, encrypted backups and regular access reviews.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when required by applicable Bolivian regulations or by our internal practices. We will publish any relevant change on this page and update the date shown above.
